1. Information We Collect

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and billing address when you create an account or place an order. Payment data is handled by PayFast — we never store card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provision your Google Workspace account, send billing invoices, and provide customer support. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Google Workspace

Your email and productivity data stored in Google Workspace is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and your agreement with Google Workspace. Nicholson ICS does not access the content of your emails or documents.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your Google Workspace account data is retained for 30 days before deletion.

5. Data Controller

The data controller is Nicholson Investments Consulting and Solutions CC (Registration No. CC/2011/2140), trading as Nicholson ICS.
