What does "custom business email" mean?
Your email address uses your own domain — for example, john@yourcompany.com. This looks far more professional than generic Gmail or Hotmail addresses, and builds trust with clients and partners.
How does billing work?
You're charged monthly on the day you signed up. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and instant EFT via PayFast. You can cancel anytime — no lock-in contracts.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the next renewal date.
How do I set up my custom domain email?
Once activated, you'll receive your admin credentials. Log in to the Google Workspace admin panel and add your custom domain. We provide step-by-step instructions with your welcome email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and instant EFT via PayFast. All transactions are secured by PayFast's PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. No activation fees. What you see is what you pay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with no cancellation fees. You'll retain access until the end of your paid billing period. No hassle, no questions asked.
Do you support VAT receipts?
For orders over N$500,000/year, we can issue VAT-compliant invoices. Most individual subscribers and small businesses are below this threshold and do not require VAT registration.
What counts as a revert, and when am I charged for one?
Every website package includes two reverts — two rounds of design changes after you review the first build. Any further revert is billed at N$500 per hour. We quote that work and get your approval before starting, so there are no surprise charges.
Are website packages part of my email subscription?
No. Website packages are once-off build fees, billed separately from your monthly or annual email plan. You can order a website on its own, or pair it with a Business or Professional plan so we configure your domain and business email as part of the build.
