Our Policy

Due to the nature of digital services (immediate access to Google Workspace), we generally do not offer refunds for completed orders. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us at support@nics.pro within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.
