Our Policy

Due to the nature of digital services (immediate access to Google Workspace), we generally do not offer refunds for completed orders. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us at support@nics.pro within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue.

Website Design Projects

Website build fees are payable once-off. Because work begins as soon as your brief is accepted, build fees are not refundable once design work has started. The two reverts included in every package are free of charge. Any further revert is billed at N$500 per hour and is only charged once you have approved that additional work in writing.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.
