Terms of Service

1. Service Description

These services are provided by Nicholson Investments Consulting and Solutions CC (Registration No. CC/2011/2140), trading as Nicholson ICS. We provide hosted Google Workspace accounts with custom domain email, billed monthly or annually. The service includes automated account provisioning, billing management, and customer support.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must comply with Google's Acceptable Use Policy when using Google Workspace.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time — no cancellation fees apply. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, spam, phishing, or any activity that violates Google's policies. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nicholson Investments Consulting and Solutions CC (Registration No. CC/2011/2140) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
